Parti

Parti refers to a Partial color mix. Thus, Brown and White Parti is 50/50 Brown and White; Black and White Parti & Red and White Parti follow. We take great care in our Parti breeding to breed as close to the 50/50 standard. Parti breeding must be attended to with full knowledge of color genetics. We have done our homework as breeders so you can be proud of the look of your doodle!

Rare Colors

One of the special things about Labradoodles is that they come in so many different colors depending on their parents. At Crossfield Doodle, rare colors are our specialty! If you are looking for something new and well-patterned, you will want to get on a list as a first or second pick—usually about 8 months ahead of puppy’s arrival!  We have produced some lovely Sable, Phantom, and Merle doodles. Visit our Ready To Reserve page to see what is available right now.

COAT TYPES

Curly Coat

CURLY COAT

Curly coat type is also common among doodles and can range from a relaxed loose curl to a tighter curly coat. It is best to daily brush this coat type. This coat type is considered to be the best choice for clients with allergy concerns.

Relaxed Coat

Relaxed Coat

This coat is the most flat, smooth coat style and is the easiest coat to maintain.

Wavy Coat

WAVY COAT

This coat type is often referred to as the “teddy bear coat.” It will require regular brushing to keep free from tangling but is fairly easy to maintain.
